PC Health Check
Many pc’s do not run at their optimum performance, a health check scans through you computer and makes
recommendations to improve the life and performance of your system.

Virus Removal
A vast majority of problems we encounter are caused by viruses attacking computer systems, by installing free virus software and removing viruses you will protect your data and may even increase your system performance

Spyware Removal
Spyware threats are now as common as virus attacks on your computer, where viruses tend to attack your data, spyware tends to attack you, either by using your email address, credit card or even dialling premium telephone numbers on your line.

Removal of temporary files
Many programs, particularly internet explorer create a vast number of temporary files and they are very inefficient at removing these files once they are no longer used, it is often possible to free up Gb’s of valuable space as well as increasing system performance

Software
Errors and bugs are common on home computing these days, software manufacturers respond by producing patches and updates. Bentley
Computers are also experienced in performing registry corrections to resolve many issues.

Performance enhancement
There are may settings and services that can be adjusted to enhance your computers performance to your needs.

System recovery
In the event of complete system failure we will restore your system to it’s default settings

Microsoft Updates
Microsoft release many updates for Windows and office, these ensure your security and increased the software’s capabilities.

Software installation
Any software purchased from Bentley Computers will be installed free of   charge. Although specific configuration may be chargeable.

Upgrade Advice
Often upgrades in memory can enhance your systems performance to cater for your current needs and save the expense and inconvenience of
purchasing a new system

Installation of hardware
Any hardware purchased from Bentley Computers will be installed free of charge.

Services not covered by the contract
Installation of items not purchased from Bentley Computers Any work that cannot be performed at our office, i.e., Broadband problems
Any peripheral hardware issues, i.e., printers, scanners, pda’s, sat nav, unless these are covered by an additional contract.
Training to use the system or any peripheral. Cost of any hardware replaced or upgraded File and data recovery

Terms and Conditions of Bentley Computers Home User Service Contract

 

Availability
Support available during Bentley Computers normal opening hours. We aim for work to be completed as soon as reasonably possible, although delays may occur in supply of components.

Services covered within contract
Free health check when signing up for a 12 month policy
Virus removal
Spyware removel
Software repairs, valid disk and license may be required
Windows updates
Installation of items purchased from Bentley Computers Ltd
Support of the system specified in the contract agreement
Advice on system upgrades and new services.
Windows based systems.

Services not covered by the contract
Installation of items not purchased from Bentley Computers
Any work that cannot be performed at our office, i.e., Broadband problems
Any peripheral hardware issues, i.e., printers, scanners, pda’s, sat nav, unless these are covered by an additional contract.
Training to use the system or any peripheral.
Cost of any hardware replaced or upgraded

Limit of service contract
The service contract works on a fair usage policy, a limit of 20 hours per quarter may be enforced.
Minimum contract period 12 months
The contract begins at 9am on the start date, as stated on the contract agreement
The contract ends at 5pm on the day stated on the contract agreement, or the last working day if Bentley Computers Ltd are not open on this date.

Payment
Initial payment to be made in-store, 3 payments there after to be made by direct debit
All payments are made in advance to provide service for the following 3 monthly period

Terms and Conditions are liable to change at anytime without prior notice, latest Terms & Conditions will be available from Bentley Computers Ltd, 63-65 High Street, Needham Market, Ipswich, Suffolk, IP6 8AL

Please note Bentley Computers Ltd reserve the right to decline to offer this service on any piece of equipment that they do not feel fits their normal range of support services.
